Projects
IDA International is currently working with helping public agencies in the following countries in the area of ICT strategy and national infocomm planning, and solutions implementation.
Sultanate of Oman
Oman's eGovernment Architecture Framework (OeGAF) is being developed in cooperation with IDA International. This framework will define and develop a set of government-wide standards and guidelines and specifications for the architectural domains and further develop a formal architectural governance and management process for implementing, maintaining, and updating OeGAF.
Republic of Trinidad & Tobago
IDA International is working closely with T&T's National
Information and Communication Technology Company Ltd (iGovTT) in several of its national ICT initiatives, which are part of the Republic's information and communication technology strategy.
Commonwealth of The Bahamas
In addition to its role as ICT advisor, IDA International is collaborating with the Government of Bahamas to manage the overall eGovernment programme deployment for the country. In doing so, it also oversees the implementation of a sound governance structure and the creation of a centralised ICT manpower organization for the country. This will enable the Bahamas government to eventually launch eServices for its citizens and businesses.
Kingdom of Bahrain
Based on Singapore’s experience in implementing Online Business Licensing, IDA International is collaborating with The Kingdom of Bahrain to increase the ease of doing business in the country.
People's Republic of China
IDA International is working together with Singbridge International and the Guangzhou Municipal Government on the planning and development of the ICT Blueprint for the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City.
Republic of Costa Rica
IDA International is working with the Costa Rican government to assist in the establishment of a national infocomm institution which will oversee the planning and management of all public sector Infocomm Technology (ICT) initiatives.
Republic of Kenya
IDA International is working with the Kenyan Government on the review of their eGovernment plan, governance model and adoption strategies.
Republic of Moldova
IDA International has worked with the Moldovan government to review the eGovernance structure, and proposed the eGovernment masterplan.
The World Bank
The World Bank, IDA International, and International Enterprise (IE) Singapore will jointly develop and support a World Bank-Singapore Strategic Technology Accelerator Programme (STAP) to benefit developing countries worldwide. STAP is a joint technical assistance partnership to provide the highest quality advice and technical assistance on ICT solutions related to the public sector based on global best practices from Singapore and the rest of the world.
